Notebook: Green Bay Packers DE Justin Harrell feels better than ever

Justin Harrell was skeptical about trying alternative medicine on his ailing back, but he's become a believer.

He is years ahead of the Packers rookie players. He represents the Packers best chance of improvement to the defense THIS year. But obviously this can only happen if he is healthy.

One can only hope! I think working with the pros to help him out,he will be inshape and play well!

although id feel a whole lot better if they signed a vet like Vonnie Holiday who been in the system for years.

I hope TT signs some vets too. I guess it still could happen.

Ted usually grabs a few vets in July/Aug so we will see what happens.Who knows we might even see that all to rare trade,one only knows.
