Pack's Barnett: 'I want to get a nice little shot on you, Brett'

There are 27 comments on the Fond du Lac Reporter story from Aug 25, 2009, titled Pack's Barnett: 'I want to get a nice little shot on you, Brett'. In it, Fond du Lac Reporter reports that:

Nick Barnett tried. He really did. But after reciting the preferred company line on Brett Favre's upcoming comeback with the Minnesota Vikings - they look forward to playing against any good quarterback, they always enjoy the Vikings rivalry, blah, blah, blah - one of the Green Bay Packers' most playful personalities couldn't help himself.

Just trying to get his team pumped up for us cause he knows they have no chance-it's the only time you need to trash talk, when you know you can't compete so you try to get the psychological edge-what a shame!

hehehehehe... WTF. pumped up for "us"??? LOL! You really think Barnett needs to fire his team up to face a group that includes you? BWAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA AAAAAAHAHAHAHAHA! That's the funniest thing i've heard all week... next to "have no chance" and "can't compete". The last I checked... the Pack has beaten the Vikings 5 of the last 6 games- losing last year only because of a missed last second field goal.

trust me.... the Packers have no need for a "psychological edge".

I'd like to see Barnett get a nice shot on anyone, and a sack would be a very nice bonus.

Its no secret the Packers have made whipping boys outta the Vikes for the past couple years, not including last season of course.

lol @ Packers "smacking the Vikings last season. I believe MIN was in position to win at Lambeau last season, but Jackson built a better chemistry with Atari Bigby than he did his own recievers. I believe GB won by less than 6 points.

And as far as the game at the metrodome goes, I dont wanna hear a god damn thing from Packers faithful. Anyone that watched that game knows the Vikings shalacked the Packers. The only reason that game APPEARED close was in spite of Gus Frerotte throwing balls directly at Packer DB's.

Haha. Yo Rodgers, how many nightmares did you exactly have of Jared Allen coming off the edge, playing with virtually ONE arm. lmao. Get that Packers bullshit outta here. Get an offensive line, then give me a call. haha

I need to look for a clue because I will more than likely retire again after I don't win this team a Super Bowl.

Research, research, research. Sometimes it pays off..........

Here is your “PA-Fan” at work. Shows up around Mid-July when all the talk of Favre heats up as “favre” Erie, PA. Cracks jokes about Favre, tries to cover it up with one non negative comment in between each joke cracked against Brett. Changes his name over the past 2 months to names like V for VenBretta, Stewey V, and here we sit with Favre on the roster and he is all of a sudden a die hard Vikings fan. Ignore this troll like all the others that post on here.
