Marshall Faulk of the Superbowl champion St. Louis Rams.

Holmes did not get the right foot down.

You dummy.... that shot has been replayed over and over, and was reviewed by the refs before making the call. His foot was down. Get over the fact that your Iggles blew it, and quit whining.

I agre he did have the foot down. It was one of the close plays the refs got right. They got the Big Ben TD run wrong (although I thought he was in too) and missed the saftey call when Parker did not make it out of the end zone, but it was righted on the next play with the holding in the end zone.

I thought it was funny that a couple plays earlier (the 40 some yard run by Holmes when the defender fell down) was the exact play the Eagles ran on 4th down of thier last drive. The only difference was the defender that was falling down in that game took the receiver down with him (before the ball got to the receiver) and got away with not getting called for an obvious penalty.

That might be the greatest catch ever in the Super Bowl. Much better than that Tyree catch from last year.

Santonio is a good player an he won't hesitate to tell you so. Humility is not in his vocabulary; but what would you expect from a former drug dealer?

Ehh I don't know about that. Tyree was being interfered with and still managed to catch a ball that was not weel thrown. Roethlisberger put the ball where only Holmes was going to catch it or it was going to go out of bounds. A great catch and maybe a more meaningful catch than Tyree, but in my opinion Tyree's catch was more impressive. I am an Eagles fan btw, so don't claim I am saying that because I like the Giants.

I agree. I doubt he'll be in Pittsburgh very much longer. He's a good player but the Steelers don't usually suffer players w/ such large egos.

Not the greatest catch but better than Tyree's catch. Although impressive, Tyree's was a look what I got catch one hit wonder. Holmes is a proven receiver for the most part, Tyree belongs in the catagory of old Eagles how are they in the NFL receivers such as Pinkston, Thrash, and Freddie Mitchell.

Don't confuse my ISP with my preferred football team. No bigger E-gals hater in the country than me.

Saying his right foot gets down is becoming like when the talking heads all said Hillary Clinton is the most intelligent woman in the country and the best choice for Secretary of State. Say it long enough and loud enough, with enough dismissiveness, and the masses just say "OK, it must be so." If they ever blow up a ground level view, you'll see he didn't get the foot down.

Whatever you say. No one else has a problem with it but YOU'RE right, of course. If you watch the VIDEO, you'll see his shoe laces bounce after contact with the ground. But you wouldn't want to look at that. Then you would have to find something ELSE to complain about.

I stilll haven't seen a still photo or frame-by-frame footage that shows both of Holmes' feet touching. Unless I see that, I have to say it was an incomplete pass.

Actually, there's no comparison at all between the two things, dolt. One is entirely subjective, on the other you've been proven wrong repeatedly by video evidence.

P.S. I've seen your picture in the museum. That is one seriously ugly wife you have there.

What's with the personal attacks, pal? I was just talking about the game and my opinion. But you move onto some nonsense because you have a little tallywhacker. Slippery Rock, if that is your location and not just your ISP, and you're talking shiiit about anyone? That's rich, phaaagboy.

Great game. Great catch. His foot was definitely down, how many views do you need?

It's true that it appears he has no humility and he'll probably follow Plaxico's lead.
