DOnt you mean the Officials came through for them in the end?

I will say, he did a great job taking them down field, but they were STOPPED at the goal line, the ball never crossed the line which is what is NEEDED for a touchdown.

It is sad, the supposedly best officials in the game dont even know the rule book. Yes, both his feet were in, but that only matters once the ball crosses the line.

92 yards againts your defense in 2:30 means ben came through.

I wish they wouldn't have overturned it, sources in the locker room have said the steelers were planning to go for it on 4th and inches and I'll take our 250lb qb behind a 320lb center for 3 inches any day of the week and twice on sundays!

Then you wouldn't have so much to whine about.

Actually I was under the impression that the ball only had to touch that little white line not be across it. Look, sorry for the bad call, we want a win that insn't controversal like this but we will take it anyways. This is not the first bad call in football history and it won't be the last. And as a huge steelers fan I would like to complement the Ravens. Although, I sure wish you still had Billect you guyz did great with a rookie quarter back and new head coach. Go Steelers!

they would have scored on the next play anyhow.....it was only inches - and they marched down that field with passion and determination. they wouldnt have stopped....

Actually the Ravens were either going to stop them or intercept or recovery a fumble...it was written...you can't refute that...:-)

Word is that James Harrison will undergo surgery this morning to remove Adam Terry's arms from around his neck.

WOW, now the forum here is full of people who can see into the future. You KNOW they would have scored, thats funny. There is a strong possibilty they would, but there is also the strong possibilty they wouldnt. I cant argue Worthlessberger did a good job going down field, but a blown call is a blown call and a Win is a win, no argument there.
The Steelers a re a weak team this year, regardless of thier record, they have been beaten many times this year, even if they wont he game...they wont last two rounds in the playoffs.

A weak team??!!? Well, then a "weak" team just beat your "awesome" team AT HOME. What does that say about your team?

STEEL Division Champs...for the record 19th time.

You are correct, all the ball has to do is touch break the white line. People need to read the rulebook and also get HD, you could see it perfect on that.

This is the quote of the year!!! LMAO, so true! The worst one all day was the Ravens 2nd to last drive, the one where Flacco was sacked on third down and forced out of the field goal range. Near the beginning of that drive, Flacco completed like a 20 yard pass and Harrison was held longer than an infant. The CBS announcers even said it was easily holding. Refs were trying to fix this game for the Ravens but the #1 defense and Big Ben always come through!!!!!!

92 yards in less than 3 minutes!!! It's not Charm CIty, it's Choke City.

Darn and I type for a living its NOTTTT the getto chickens aka purple people eaterz my first comment was decent but don't call my team week, especially when I made over a hundred $$$$$$ this year off the ravens. Like I said before your team has done well considering but who had the tougher schedule? Oh and who was it that was the only team to lose to the Dolphins last year. Yea uh huh thats right baby. We may not make it very far in the playoffs we just need to take it one game at a time starting with the Titans on Sunday. Can't wait.

Apparently you do not know the rule book either ....You do not have to have two feet down to have a catch. The two feet rule is only to determine in bounds. As to the Holmes catchÂ…It is a catch because in going through the motion of catching the ball, the nose of the ball touched the Plain and the receiver held onto the ball throughout the catch. Essentially his forward progress was across the line. The Ref was referring to his feet to signify he had control of the ball or a catch!
