2010: The release of Moss makes Vikings fans question why childress is still around and not 84. Worried the Vikings will end up going the way of the Lakers now as the fans will not support a stadium bill. I hope like hell im wrong.

__________

The Stadium Bill?
.
Don't believe any NFL owner who says he's losing money - they're not. And don't believe their funny accounting numbers. The Vikes owner wants the poor and middle class to pay for HIS stadium because He's GREEDY. They're all for the free market except when it comes to constructing a stadium - I need government funding! Sounds like Communism to me. If he threatens to move remind this business major that the customer (his fans) is the other half of a business equation. The city of Green Bay bought the Packers themselves rather than letting it leave. The money-hungry NFL owners have since made public acquisitions illegal because Green Bay is a small market and they'd rather have the team in a large market. Who cares how the cheesehead hicks feel? The NFL can pull in an extra 2 million per team on top of the 20 - 50 million they net each year if there were a team in LA.
.
.
How about this? Minnesota lends him the money at a reasonable interest rate, allows an independent auditor to track the team's income, and collect repayment from just 10% of his net receipts. This would force the owner to admit he IS making $$$ and doesn't care about Minnesota. And if he goes Republican on you and says "It's a business" suggest that maybe the sanctioned monopoly for NFL owners should be tweaked to allow the market determine whether or not a team stays in Mn. Trust me, there are THOUSANDS of entrepreneurs who would kill for an NFL franchise in Minny. Let's see how "capitalist" this owner is when you stick the free-market up his arse.
.
.
By the way there is a good owner for every bad one. The Rooneys in Pittsburgh could have made much more money by relocating the team. Instead they chose to have a little class. Here in New England nobody EVER paid for a stadium. Don't undervalue Minnesota.

2008: Under a coach who knows what the hell he is doing, and with a quarterback who has more brains than ego... Moss catches a league record 23 TD's in his first season with the Patriots, as they go undefeated through the regular season.

It doesn't matter how good he is, trouble maker like him will not last anywhere. New England didn't want him that's why they traded him here and he was telling them how good they are & how much he missed them? What an idiot.
