No one should be surprised by NU losing to Indiana.

Let's not forget the abysmal play of McMannis at DB, dropped balls by Peterman and Ward, and continued ineptitude in special teams that Fitzgerald, is responsible for as Special Teams Coordinator. Fitz, stop the Coach Speak, and 101 level rhetroic of a 33 year old, and start coaching the basics of football, to your team, that has had the good fortune of a weak non-conference schedule, getting Michigan at the Big House, in a year, Toledo beat them, and finally, not having a BCS quality Penn State team, on the schedule. With or without, Bacher, (who plays with a lack of mental toughness) or Sutton, who fumbles, and needs a hole, to create yardage, this team, should not be worse, than 8-4.

Yes, they should--they were 9-point faves, and Indiana was playing with their backup QB. The Cats obviously were still on a high, from last week's drubbing of Purdue.
