Oh how money buys you out. I hope Benson doesn't do well in the nfl and has to get a real job for a lot less to serve his time.

He'll probably be a stud too. But I don't care. Maybe they can compare mug shots and prison stories.

Uhhhh...there's one fact that everyone is forgetting. 2 grand juries decided NOT to indict him, so he never even went to trial, let lone prison. In my opinion, no one really ever got a good enough look at the kid. He was on pace for a 1,000 yards when he got hurt. I think Forte will be better, but I'm not going to throw Cedric under the bus. Especially with all the questionable police stuff.

How funny & fitting.I remember thinking that the only teams that would probably sign him was Dallas or Cincinnati. He fits right in with that team & environment.Honestly I didnt even think those two teams would stoop that low though! I just thank god he was thrown out of Chicago! Take Care Everyone. God Bless! BEAR DOWN GO BEARS!!

Hmmm...Forte is #6 in yards right now. Benson is playing backup. I think Gerry made the right call on this one. (amazingly)

Grand Jury did you say? Two no less. So it never went to court, all the juries said was there was not enough evidence. Remember Benson did not give blood and refused a breath test. That equals zero evidence. Note to all drunk drivers, that is all you have to do to avoid a DUI. How impressive he beat the legal system. What next, does a rich guy cheat on his taxes and not get caught. Gosh.

Also he was on pace for less than 980 yards not a thousand with a 3.4 average before he got hurt again. He also couldn't block or catch out of the backfield, if I am not mistaken FForte has more recieving yards in 4 games than Benson had in his 3 years. As for rushing Forte is on pace for almost 1400 yards and that is after going against some of the better defenses in the NFL the last 3 weeks.

I think Benson and the Bungles go together like hookers and the clap: "it's a perfect match".

Benson is a clown and a thief who stole the Bears' money.
He's a joke with no heart. Thomas Jones should have finished the job when he smacked his *** in practice.
Going to the Bungles makes sense. He can hang out with the other clown of the NFL..... Ocho whatever!!

With Benson not prosecuted for two arrest, Ricky w., in Miami, it is a wonder that the wonderful readers didn't put them in the car w/ Travis Henry, so they could really run down the both of them.
A joint, a beer, and several kilos of dope, seems like the detractors could at least make an attempt to desparage all three.
A joint, a beer, is not nearly like "several kilos" yet not a word from the "chair side athelets" who are better than every one else.......
just a flock of woosies..........

Thomas Jones was a disliked, malcontent, first round bust early in his career, so we'll see what happens.

Here's another early observation... Rashard Mendenhall = Cedric Benson?

Daily Horoscope for December 31

Capricorn

A certain person is strong-willed with the Full Moon in your emotional house of others. It's a lunar eclipse too, so this could lead to some ructions in which everyone becomes firmly entrenched in their own opinions and refuses to acknowledge anyone else's point of view. Get the arguments out of the way early on, so you can then concentrate on having a really enjoyable New Year's Eve.
