Come on Morrissey. These guys are professionals. You have got to stop believing that intensity is the reason teams win. On any given Sunday, any NFL team can beat another. Good teams win because they plan, practice, and execute well. Planning includes drafting AND developing players, which means getting them ready to play before their third year. The sooner the coaching staff accepts this, the better off they will be.

The Bears have not had a good GM since Jim Finks. Go back and look at his draft choices!!! Great Players and Great coaches make you team. The 46 worked because of the players not the scheme.
Our current scheme seems to be lay off receivers, go to your spot, stand there until they catch the ball in the seams, then bounce off the ball carrier instead of tackling and a first down, all the while our d-line stands around getting blocked while some no-name QB is having a career day.
Being a long time Bear fan, I can't help but feel sick to my stomach watching this D week after week.
I know the rams are pretty awful but I'm still worried because of the D. They used to keep us in the game, now they cost us games. Sad.
Excellent point! The scheme has not changed. We all know the difference. Lovie has clearly shown that he's more interested in control than winning. Otherwise, Rivera would still be here. Hey Lovie, when things are working, stay out of the way.

Adrian Peterson?! Sure he's no starting running back, but he has proven to be effective off the bench.

A c would probably be a great grade in the land of Georgia. Where men are men and sheep are nervous. Go have sex with your cousin. Then your brother.
