It's very good to hear how Gaines has dedicated himself this off-season. Many defensive linemen have had weight issues hold them back and it is good to hear Gaines has already eliminated the problem in only his second year. I am looking forward to him ending the Buccaneers recent rash of sophomore slumps and to excel. I feel that a similar performance to Mario Williams' 14 sack total of last year is not out of the question.
