Good call by Mckenzie and Allen. Tarver did a good job making the best out of the hand he was dealt and the defense really played fairly well the last 5 weeks. I also like the 4 firings Mckenzie and Allen made The Offense, Offensive Line, Special Teams, and Linebacking Units were horrendous this year. Looks like this franchise is finally being run the right way. Do your job and do it well or you will be replaced. Now Raider Nation just needs to show a little patience. It's gonna take time and hittning on Draft Picks to fix the mistakes made in the past. If the Raiders had drafted right we could've drafted L. Fitzgerald-A. Rodgers and C. Johnson. Instead we took F. Washington-J. Russell and R. Gallery. It takes time to get over huge mistakes like these. Where would the Raiders be if the had drafted those players instead of the players they drafted.

I like whats going on in our orginization. Knapp was a mistake, the good news is, the are trying to fix it. You nailed it in regards to taking time. I know we are tired of losing, but I would rather see them build a winner than be content with same old same old.

Our drafting woes go back quite a ways...I mean Ricky Dudley over Ray Lewis, Napolean Harris over Ed Reed, Michael Huff over Hgloti Ngata (however you spell it), Derrick Gibson over Drew Brees, Trading a #7 overall for Randy moss instead of Demarcus Ware just to name a few...I'm trusting that McKenzie and Allen will make wiser drafting choices.
Really have my sights set on Luke Joeckel, Deomantre Moore, or Manti Te'o. I think either of them will improve us a lot.

KC has had pretty bad drafting woes too because neither Tyson Jackson or Glen Dorsey have ammounted to much and I was somewhat hoping those guys would be Raiders but I'm glad their not.

lets see how long the patience lasts with way of losing.
cause it sounds like were expecting another losing season with little change the way you guys sound? or are you guys expecting playoffs this season?. i'm glad you guys have all the patience in the world. meanwhile, i'll be going crazy pulling my hair, grinding my teeth scratching my head and putting on a sh.tty grin in hopes of a "quick turnaround" with these same coaches and general manager. BUT? good luck to us. moving forward with the draft! that's a good start. see what happens from there on. it's going to be a looooong off season just so we can see our new season and it's results. HOPE FOR PLAYOFFS GENTLEMEN! hope for a miracle with your likes of this organization cause i am! regardless of how i feel with this gm and coaches. i want it more just so my RAIDERS don't look so bad "again" in 2013.

Anyone else notice how much the Raiders' D improved after Slolando was suspended/benched? McKenzie, Allen, and Tarver are after real football players now. Things are on the right track.

Can't.live in the what if's! Just because those players did well where they landed, doesn't mean they would have done as well with the Raiders or any other team. They had the right coaches, right schemes, right enviorment for them to flourish. So I can't waste time thinking what if...sure we had different options, but it is what it is. Once we get the right coaches, schemes and players we too will get the most out players that fit.

Prime example is Namdi....look how bad it was for him in Philly compared to his Raiders days. It is a lot more than just skill that makes a player great.
