Patriots Still Perfect, Beat Jaguars 31-20

There are 30 comments on the CBS 3 story from Jan 12, 2008, titled Patriots Still Perfect, Beat Jaguars 31-20. In it, CBS 3 reports that:

“Winning is always the most important thing at this time of the year.”

Tom Brady was almost perfect. The Patriots still are.

Their poised and prolific quarterback knocked another mark out of the books in their record-breaking season, completing all but two of his 28 passes to lead New England to its second straight AFC championship game with a 31-20 victory over the Jacksonville Jaguars on Saturday night.

The Patriots pulled away in the second half to improve to 17-0, matching the 1972 Miami Dolphins, the only team to go unbeaten from the first game of the season through the Super Bowl. Read more

I'm really tired of seeing the same teams in the playoffs and Superbowl year after year. It's getting kind of old.

Yes, I would have liked to have seen Jacksonville and Seattle win today, instead of the same old Green Bay Packers and New England Patriots. It seems they're in the playoffs each and every year. Just my two cents.

Im hoping for a GIANTS rematch..We only lost by 3..We can take them..
One thing for sure..unlike the Jags..we will rush more than 3 defensive lineman at this FOOL!

I`m not a Packer fan. I will say they are currently playing as good of ball as any one, maybe better than the Cowboys or Giants. As for the AFC the Colts, Chargers, & Pats seem to be there every year. It`s just a good front office and coaching. I`ll watch the playoffs but it`s so much better when you have a team in there. My team has nothing to look for other than next year when they pick 2nd in the draft.

Fool? You've got Eli Manning and you're calling Brady a fool? Typical New York fan. Eli had a career day while Brady was a little off in that game. Dallas will hand you your ass anyway.

I would LOVE a Giants rematch! Rather beat them then face the Packers.

Packers didn't make the playoffs for the last 2 years. Get out of your fallout shelter more often.

Aww shucks, instead of making teams win the games, let's just let them in so we can see new colors on the uniforms each year.

Green Bay, in the playoffs each and every year? have you watched football much the last few seasons?

Just another fine display of LUCK and MISSED calls by the refs. New England was holding ALL NIGHT LONG!

"Congrats to the Pats for winning the superbowl! Who knew they would win it today when they are not even playing."

Pats havent won anything yet. Bolts are going to win another hard yet attainable game. Everyone keeps disregarding this team because of their early season start, what u people dont understand that they got all new coaches a new system? Pats are in for a surprise. I believe this is going to be a good game, a game that will give the Pats their first loss, a loss that should have happened in December.
