We need to stop the revolving door of coaches. Keep Schwartz. I think he learned a valuable lesson last off season. Discipline is an essential element to success in any occupation. Can't afford lenient leadership. He learned that and won't tolerate the same behavior this off season. "Speed of the leader, speed of the team."
