This is one story, told by two authors. It is the one about the patient Georgia understudy who bites down hard on his pride, watches some other hot-shot quarterback get all the snaps and never lets the world ...

I have always throught Cox could play, He won 31
straight high school games. Georgia signed him for
his ability to play football. he hasn't played very much, I think he could have played more than the coaches let him. His biggest moment so far was in 2006 when he came off the bench and lead Georgia to a come from behind victory. he will have some tuff competition at QB with Logan Gray
mostly, we may start the season with two QB until one takes control. Joe Cox is 22 and played the system for three years, three years he has coached
on the sidelines. he may be the best leader.

He was UNDEFEATED as a starter in highschool. Pretty impressive. Joe Cox will be better than Matthew Stafford. Maybe not in stats but he has intangibles that Stafford lacked. Leadership, the fire and drive to win, and I think he might know Georgia's offense better than Bobo haha.

I lived across the street from Joe Cox and I watched him grow up. You could see Joe and his dad Buster passing the ball in the street until dark many nights. Joe is a real gentleman with a great future what ever he ends up doing. Watch him this season, he's destined for greatness...

Joe Cox. SEC Offensive player of the week.
He was sick for the Okie St. game, but since then the Dawgs put up 40 and 50 some points a game.

Great intermediate passer, and true leader. He's a competent QB and knows the O.

Just so everyone knows,,,,before the Okie game Cox had to stay behind and fly seperate from the team b/c he was so sick. He's a DAWG! Cox will continue to perform well.

He's not flashy, but he'll get the job done with consistency.

Don't believe me, check out his numbers.

Three games in, and he's already tied with two other Georgia QB's for the most TD's in a game!

Go DAWGS!!!!!!!!!!1
