I love the poll on this article!
The bad news for Ron Mexico is that he can't get out of his own way long enough for anyone to believe him.

He hires a high priced legal dream team that vows to vigorously prove his innocence to the dogfighting charges then shortly thereafter this dream team realizes that Mr. Mexico is so full of it and so far up the creek that they have to plead guilty less than a month later.
After pleading guilty Ron Mexico tells everyone he's found Jesus and he'll be a new man from here on out while he waits sentencing. While awaiting his sentencing hearing he fails a drug test because he decided that smoking a joint was a better cure for depression than turning to the same Jesus he said he found.

While giving his statement as part of the plea agreement to the Federal Prosecutor...... Ron Mexico is caught in lie after lie after lie and eventually breaks down and fesses up about his full involvement which includes executing dogs by hanging, drowning, electrocution, etc. etc.
While in prison withdraws $150,000 from a pension fund despite warnings from his high priced legal and accounting team (that he owes $3.7 million and counting as they are costing Ron Mexico roughly $13,000 per day) that doing so would be illegal. His reasonings are that he is desparate.

So was anyone surprised when the numbers in his bankruptcy plan didn't add up and the plan was rejected?

Further........ does anyone want to trust the future of their NFL franchise with a desparate, pathologically lying, convicted sociopath? Only someone that would have to be dumber than even Ron Mexico.

It says 60/40 would NOT want him on their team. Looks like all the ones I see.
