Is PETA boycotting the Falcons still? Is that why they can't sale tickets and suites?

I would say it has something to do with the economy now. Superbowl tickets sales are down too.

The Super Bowl is sold out. The Steelers, Redskins, Cowboys, Giants, Bears...those teams have already sold out for the 2009 season. Is the economy much better in those cities than Atlanta? Nope.

You forgot to mention Tennessee. In addition Atlanta has some of the least expensive tickets in the league. So you can't solely blame it on the economy when there are other cities that have more expensive tickets and have no problem selling out.
