Since I actually heard a paid Fox employee opine the Saints' season-opening 24-20 home win over the Buc s would provide some measure of solace for New Orleans "after a tough week", can we all agree that Matt ...

this is actually a pretty good article. I love the humor. Yes, I hope Ryan and Turner do heal all the little boo boos of the past.

Not on this Sunday! Good thing they didn't play in Atlanta, it would have been boo boos as well as boos.

Ryan was 13 for 33 and a rating of 29.6! Shockley could have done that and for a lot less. Ryan is horrible.

Not only was he 13 for 33 but he had two picks. He was sacked twice and threw I don't know how many away. Roddy White was in the end zone all by his lonesome for seconds. If Matty Ice saw him, he didn't have the arm to get it to him.

Next week is K.C. Weak team vs. weak team. It should be a thriller at the dome.

I dont think it will sell out so I wont get to see it, but as sorry as the Chiefs are, the Falcons should win this one hands down.

You, HOmeTown, are pathetic.

You are so against the Falcons because they are "bleaching" the team, you can't think straight. Too bad that if an NFL owner wants to have a team that has players who don't end up in the media for shooting up strip clubs, fighting dogs, participating in murder for hire, selling drugs, and participating in so many other illegal activities, you HAVE to BLEACH the team.

Just the facts, call me names if you want, but we ALL know it is the truth.

Matt Ryan is going through a learning curve right now, but given time, he will be a far better QB than Shockley OR MV. At least he won't be devastating the team by being caught in sadistic activities such as dog fighting and animal abuse. You can COUNT on that.

Why don't you "two" choose another team to watch? Maybe the Cowboys or Chargers--You seem to loveeee criminals---( and btw, I think you are the same person "hometown and NFL fixed", it IS pretty obvious )

Hey stupido, I am not the hometeam. I am who I am. And by the way, I do love a winner. Which your Falcons are not. I am a Cowboys fan. Your Falcons are nobodies. They are not even discussed among real football fans. Mike Vick was all you had, and he lost it because of dogfighting.

The Falcons are not New England, the Colts, the Redskins, the Steelers, the 49ers, the Packers, the Giants, the Eagles, the Broncos, the Raiders, or even the Tampa Bay Bucs. They are losers. And always will be.

Oh! I guess you forgot there are plenty of criminals on the Falcon's team now. How about Lawyer Milloy (drunk driving and speeding), Jonathan Babineaux (killing his girlfriend's dog) and Michael Boley (abusing his significant other). Look around the league, you loser, you will find criminal after criminal on every team.

You hate Mike Vick? That's fine. I'm talking football and Matt Ryan doesn't deserve any chance. Ben did it in Pitt and I expect Matt to do it in Atlanta. If not he's not worth the 72 mil given to him. Now go and talk to the Flacco fans and see how they feel.

Hey NFL, you right! The Falcons are only able to beat the Lions and Chiefs and that's about it. If Garcia had started for the Bucs, the score is 38-9 easily and Ryan would have 2 more picks.

Hey moron, exactly how is it that if another QB had been playing, it would have caused Ryan to have more picks???? In case you didn't know, two QB are never on the field at the same time--Just talking out the goth sides of your idiotic mouth--

Nope, the falcons are not great, never have been. But their time will come, and thank goodness it will be without the monster MV. Hopefully it will be with a QB with integrity and common sense, Matt Ryan.

Agreed, the Falcons now have a real QB. The last one they had was a running back on crack (vick) and would never have come any where close to a superbowl.

They now have a genuine NFL caliber QB who can lead, THINK, pass, and concentrate on a football career, not which dog to fight or execute next Friday night.

You don't know football. What you know, stick to it. The Falcons are losers. Their time will come, but we've said that for 30 something years. As it is we'll all be dead before that happens.

Have fun at the game tomorrow. I hope it grows your rookies confidence.

Sounds like you're the Jocksniffer. The Falcon's have a "real" QB. The losers have had real QB after real QB. You're a fan of the losers and the real QB. You'd be better off going for the New England Pats.

You're a Jocksniffer, a Jocksniffer, but what's interesting...you're a jocksniffer for an untested QB on a loser team.

The reason Ryan could probably have two more picks if Garcia was the QB is because he would have scored faster in the first 3 quarters and the Bucs defense would have had more opportunity to pick a few off. Garcia would have slowed it down in the 4th after the game was outta reach. That's how the game is played, so the point was valid. You don't know much about the game so probably should have let it go.

Pulled that one out of your arse, now didn't you? Why you and your alter personality "NFL Fixed" spending so MUCH time on a forum complaining and commenting on a team you claim to hate?

Marcus, is that you?? Too bad, you are about to lose your meal ticket!! You and your brother both gonna be behind the Mc counter asking if we want "fries with that". And considering your pulling a gun on a teenager in a McDonald parking lot because he "teased" you, maybe even McDonalds won't have you. Guess you, Mike, and Momma Vick gonna be living off the state yet AGAIN. Get used to it, it's really better than you deserve.
