In my Court the hoohah would fry for DUI and battery. And I'd confiscate the Escalade and donate it to a needy Iraqi who would use it for a latrine. Animals.

The victim was knocked unconscious and fell to the ground, while Mauia drove away in a black Cadillac Escalade, according to police.

If he was in a car driving away how coould he have hit someone at that same time. That guy IS fast. Maybe he hit the guy and then got into his car and drove away "inside the parking lot".

Let's stop with the lies -- he claimed he "wasn't there" at the Ale House, not knowing that a witness had taken a pic of his license plate. Makes it kinda hard to believe anything he says after that!

Is there some correlation between, Golf, NHL, & Nascar from the other professional sports? Could it be the governing boards of those sports don't put up with that kind of crap. One time your on probation the second time you're banned from the sport. Do these criminal thugs ever have to accept responsibility for their actions. When are these greedy money hungry millionaire owners going to wise up and put a stop to it. It will only take a few and the rest of the thugs will fall into place, if the steroids haven't infected their brain already.

Where's the other half of the story?
I have a feeling the Carolina Ale House isnt like our Ale Houses down here. Im sure everyone stares as soon as a non-white person walks in.
In that section of Weston you get stared at if you don't speak Spanish and look like it too. Besides, if he didn't WANT to be stared at for standing out in the crowd then he go somewhere else.
Undereducated, over-indulged for being able to push peole around, no talent bum. Arrest him, put him jail, and kick him off the team. Let's stop rewarding the jerks for acting this way.

Typical negro. Sucker punch and run.
He is not a Negro he is Samoan and by the way what does that have to do with it anyway besides being racist? Go back to your KKK meeting and off this blog.

anyway back to the story at hand. In my opinion that was just plain childish and ignorant in what Mauia did to that person. Being that I am from and live in Hawaii makes me ashamed of how the former UH player conducted himself in that situation.

Satele better behave himself and represent Hawaii like they should.

If Regan gets cut because of this than it's his own fault but he should at least man up and take the fall.

Go Dolphins & UH Warriors!!!!!!!!!!

Cut Him.
Put him on the next flight to Hawaii and send his clothes later. If he can not walk away from trouble and engage someone in public and knock them out, he deserves to go back from where he came from and not represent the Miami Dolphins.
Plan stupid, maybe too much to drink.

although I bashed on Mauia I would also like to say in his defense he is not a "thug" like some of you are stating on the blog.

Unless UH covered up for him very well in Hawaii this is the first incident that I have ever heard of him getting into trouble.

Still think what he did was "thug" like but he is no thug.

Come on people, it's not like he punched a guy in the face, knocking him out; it's not like he fled in a high end SUV; and it's not like he then lied to the police about where he was earlier that night. I mean, what did he do really that we all haven't done.....

Oh wait. He DID punch out a guy. He DID flee in an Escalade, and he DID tell cops he wasn't at the Ale House that night?

OK. He's a stupid piece of s***. Cut his 5 yard juggernaut as*.
