Falcons unlikely to re-sign Milloy in '09 after recent arrest

Following his recent arrest for DUI and speeding charges, it's almost guaranteed that the Falcons and SS Lawyer Milloy will go their separate ways when he becomes a free agent next offseason, sources say.

I know that lawyer milloy has made a bade choice but, i don't think he should be taken off the team.I know that Micheal vick made plenty of bad decisions but, if you let players go because one mistake you'll never have a stable roster. After all God gives us a second chance why can't we.
