So what happens if Cassel gets hurt this weekend? Is Kevin O'Connell ready to take over? Has he studied the play book yet. Has he learned the system yet? Gutierrez knows the system better than O'Connell so why not bring him in as another backup. If bringing in another QB is gonna shake up Cassel's confidence then I don't think think he's ready to be a leader for this team..
