When will Lovie Dovie Smith realize that his Cover 2 (or Tampa 2) defense does not work without significant pressure on the quarterback. The Bears almost never blitz. When any QB has 3 seconds or more in the pocket he (even SHE) will find the holes in that defense.
Bring back Buddy Ryan and his Nickle

Actually Buddy Ryan ran a 46 defense. Lots of pressure and man to man. Need some good corners for that. Rex Ryan runs the same thing.
Actually the "46 defense" is named after Doug Plank (wore #46) who was a safety for the Bears. I guess Ryan was a big fan of his style of play.
