Childress says his offense is kick ass and his coaches are great teachers. My forehead is still cracked from where I hit it when I said "Doh!!"

Ferraro's a good teacher who taught his special teams how to lead the league in touchdowns given up, and whose teams were about 45% responsible for the Eagle loss. Rogers is a good teacher who can't get his QB to stop throwing like a high schooler and whose completion percentage would embarass a high schooler. The offensive line coach is a great teacher to teach his right tackle to get a pre snap penalty almost each and every game.

Of course Childress thinks he's a head coach. But he doesn't know how to create situations where his players can excell. He doesn't know how to motivate his team. But he can drawn an X and even an O on a blackboard.

well, if it's broke I certainly don't expect Childress to fix it. He is an arrogant man who cannot read the writing on the wall. I wish the Wilfs would have canned him and hired Shanahan.
