I have to decline in saying this is a pretty worthless article for the football starved.

Where do the Vikings pick in the draft in round one?
I think 22? If who or what you want is not avaiable and you cannot trade up or down, then why not pick the best available at any position offense or defense? You might get a diamond that you can use, or down the road someone else can and is willing to trade.

You're stupid.

On a different note, who's out there that we would spend that terrible an amount of money on that's worth talking about? Unless the Vikings have it in their heads to pick up T.J Houshmandzadah and DeAngelo Hall during F/A. I just don't see who they would pay enough to be considered an "expensive free agent"

There has got to be some OL worth looking at in this years FA class. We desparately need to fill that gapping hole we have at right tackle. Make a trade for Boldin, Houshmanzada, or trade Chester and a draft pic & TJack to the bangles for Palmer. What ever it takes" JUST GET IT DONE".

Vikes, Please get a decent quarterback! If you do, it could spell superbowl. Vikings have a great team6 but they are missing the QB.

Wow. Spielman is not yet at Clueless' level of incompetence - but I have to give him credit, he's working hard to get there.

If one reads between the lines the Vikes will look at a trade for a QB if they truly want to improve the team. Cassel is the obvious choice but it will depend on the trade price i.e. a first and something else is probably too high for him. Almost all the best FA have resigned so I don't expect the Vikes to be too active this year; maybe some special team players.

As a bit of an aside there is a lot of badmouthing about the QB class this year. That sounds like the kiss of good fortune. I wouldn't be surprised if a QB from this class drafted in the mid to late rounds ends up winning the Superbowl.

Has Brad Childress lost his mind thinking the Travis is the Viking Qb for the future. The Vikies should fire or at least have his mental abilities checked out. Travis I'm sad to say will only be a good backup and it is time for Gus to go.
