Probe points to errors in fatal accident involving NFL players

Why aren't more details being discussed about the fighting that took place later on during the night that Nick Schuyler said had happened? He said that at one point both of the NFL players started throwing punches. Looking at the photo of him being rescued its pretty clear there was only 1 spot on the bottom of the boat that could keep you out of the water, and that was by holding onto the bottom of the engine. The waves crashing "constantly" over the bottom would wash anyone else off and away.

The examining agency's conclusion that an experienced boater would have cut the anchor rode (line) rather than
risk capsizing, and filed a float plan
before leaving safe port means the ending would be different if these boaters had better skills.
