I am still a Raider fan and I will continue to support them as I have since 1967. But for what it is worth; Al needs to step down and let someone else take on the challenge of bringing this great franchise back before it is to late. I really thought that he had saw the light when he hired Jon Gruden as head coach oh so f- ing long ago. He in my opinion was the way back! Since his departure it has been a down hill road to hell. Al needs to hire someone of Jon's calibre or better (maybe Harbuagh) and give him full control of the coaches, team and media.

If you're busy with a last-minute Christmas shopping trip it will be easy to lose track of how much you're spending, particularly if you're in a panic and desperate to tick off every name on your list. However, you might be in for a nasty shock later on when you tot up the massive amount of money that you parted with. So try to keep a running total in your head or stick to a strict budget for each gift.
