Bill Polian is the best executive in the history of football.The best move Irsay made was hiring Polian to run the team.He made two decison to set the stage for the success the Colts are having in recent years.The decison to draft Manning over Leaf and the decison to draft the Edge over Rick Williams.If he didn't make those correct decison the Colts will be like the Knicks in basketball (a circus).I could say a third decison he made was the hiring of Dungy as head coach/defensive coordinator.

It appears that Darrell Reid is and will be something special. I hope that he can inspire the special teams like Bob Sanders inspires the Defense.

I agree with all but one of your grades except coaching. How you came up with a B is beyond me. That coaching staff deserves no less than an A-. Coach Dungy and his staff has done a remarkable job with all the injuries they have had. I give the coaching staff an A+ outstanding job coach and staff period. what coaching staff are you watching the other teams?
