Like playing poker, if someone knows what your hole card is you are put in a weak position.Robinson got a peek, old fashion childress felt insecure.Robinson had the coach by the balls, at this point any explanation was suffice.
Compare childress to former coach les steckel, childress is from the old school of football.
He may succeed in driving most fans away from vikings football

He was about the only playmaker we had. Remember the Seattle game? He gets deep so often it isn't funny. I hate this season.

Sounds like he has been healthy for several games and has been sitting on the bench for some reason. WTF?

Like brian said, I don't think he dropped enough passes.

I pray Childress is big enough to learn from HIS mistakes this season. Stop calling plays and start communicating with his players, especially his vets.

Anybody see what Hank Baskett did today? 7 receptions for 177 yards. He also wasn't good enough for Childress.

Didn't we trade him for Billy McMullen?

McMullen has been okay, but I agree that Baskett is by far the better wide-out.

i think that cutting marcus robinson was a good decision by mr childress.i also think that the vikings should cut troy williamson.and bring back mr randy moss and trade for plaxico buress.that may be a good pair of recievers for vikings new quarterback of the future tavaris jackson.

It doesn't matter who they cut or bring, Childress sucks as a coach and person. He does not care about his players, the Viking's franchise or the fans (us).

No man will play to his potential with fear surrounding him. Childress is a small dictator who cares about no one but himself. The Wilfs had very, very bad informants. They still do.

You forgot "incompetant". We now have to question
Zygi's judgement.

Wilf isn't incompetent, he just had bad info about Childress. He thought that he was an impact coach; it turned out he was just a caretaker for Andy Reid's offense.

Why would you get rid of any WR named Baskett? Duh! Hehehe... I think childress has little penis syndrome... I mean Lord Childress...

Baskett did not fit in to the 'kick-our-ass' offense.
