Has anyone besides me noticed that ever since Favre backed out of everything, NO ONE seems to hardly give a crap about these blogs?

There have only been a FRACTION of posts since then..........tells you something about these enthusiasm level of our state and the confidence they DON'T have in their present team.

We have a great team this year. What is there not to be excited about? Forget about Favre already. Be a Viking fan

Jackson played four solid games in a row last year at the end of the regular season, and the only games people remember from him are Week 2 against the Colts (when both Berrian and Shiancoe dropped potential game changing TDs) and the playoff game.

Yeah, I'd rather have Favre, and yeah I was disappointed when he didn't come back, but that doesn't mean our season is in the crapper.

The Vikings were 10-6 last year, and we didn't lose any key players at all... AND we potentially gained one in Harvin. Our line should improve with Loadholt. Our defense should improve having EJ back all year.

Why is everyone around the net so down on the Vikings?

Without having a decisive quarterback (jury is still out on Sage) it's all going to come down to the O-Line (Which looks good so far) Almost any QB can find open guys and look very good IF they have pass protection. Hopefully Harvin will open things up so they can't stack up against Peterson. It will give the QB more time as well if we can strech them out.

Having Harvin and Loadholt play well is key to a better offense this year. Also don't forget about Farwell and Henderson returning, plus some help from Allen and maybe Brinkley on defense/special teams.

But without me, you will watch the Super Bowl on TV with someone else from the NFC playing in it.

That's because there's not much to talk about. There's no real QB competition, because Jackson's out of it right now. Nothing new on The Williams'. The media's in the denial stage over the BF BS. GB hasn't done anything new in the last year except tear-up their defense. And Chicago has a QB with 2/3rds less targets than he had in Denver.(And a lineman that thinks he's an as-shole.[he is])
Until Detroit does something "news-worthy", there's nothing there either.- It's slow because the media hasn't cooked-up a new BF drama. Give it time. They will.

I know. I know. I was looking forward to all those interceptions and having you snatch defeat from the jaws of victory in that all-important playoff game. I am soooo disappointed.

Hey, I agree with you. The reason there is, is because it comes natural to b!*ch for some people. They're not happy unless they can. Want proof? Ever notice how many people use this forum to whine about political crapola from time to time?

Sorry. I disagree with you, pal.

When was the last time he played in an NFL game? He wasn't that great anyway. Can run, can't hit $h!t. Jackson can run, can't hit $h!t. Everyone expects that he can't hit $h!t, so he'll run, or try anyway. Everyone expects Jackson to not hit Sh!t, and that he'll either try anyway or run. Only difference, is one's more experienced at it than the other, therefore, a more expensive piece of crap. Vick's media baggage, & TJax's glass knees, off-set eachother.
