How fitting, Williams will go from the team with the most convicts to the team that is #2.

Hey McCain, how does it feel to know that you're going to get the snot kicked out of you by Obama?

And Doug? Are you one of these buttholes who say things like, "Moss is out there, why don't we sign him?" If you are, which I sure of, then why don't you learn a thing or two about football, ok?

this was a good signing because he was one of the few bengals who didnt get arrested and he is an above average saftey with alot of speed and he can make the tackle so i see him as a laron landry type saftey

Wow, everybody down on the signings, we got a good physical safety. Hopefully the Vikings will know how to use him since we haven't had too many safety that will tackle. A beat up U of M player, hmm.

Hey, I'm not against Williams. It's just that the Bengals rep is even worse than the Vikings rep for bad boys. Although some sites say he's more of a cover safty than a hard hitter. We'll see.

As far as Tapeh, I'm glad to see him coming home.

The big money signing of williams wont bother me unless it prevents the vikings from opening the wallet for berrian, and or justin smith, i would also like the vikings to take a look at Law see what he would cost.

Man...a SIXTH round pick for Williamson??? Man, did they ever get taken!
On a more cynical note - you do realize that Williamson will catch everything thrown at him this year and go to the Pro Bowl, don't you?

Terrible.

Mydol Williams can't tackle. He is one of those troubled Bengals.

6 year 33 millon is a bit steep for a safety. I mean c'mon, nobody is worth that much to play in football.

I would be shocked if the Vikings ever did anything that the consensus of this board liked. Probably find somthing wrong with signing Tom Brady.

Yeah, John Clayton and the analysts at ESPN.com say different. Why don't you just start posting crap like, "We need to trade for LT, Bob Sanders, Tom Brady and a first round pick"...

And Madieu is not a "thug". He's from Western Africa, you boobs. He's a good guy and a class act.

I read all these posts from YOUR GOD (you arent) and while he has some good ideas they get lost when he has to result to name calling,( generally an indication of an uneducated person)what are they teaching you down in Willmar? Obviously not allot, but then I see you are an Barrack Hussein Obamma supporter, so I guess empty rhetoric means more to you than substance.

Now 2 decent signings so far Richardson was not going to come back here, so Tapeh was a good call. I like Williams he will definitely bolster the Def, If they can sign Smith and Berrian, great offseason. Now go into the draft and draft for the future and depth not for immediate need
