Get used to it. Neuheisel has a rep for lacking respect from his players and losing control of the team including a CU player taking a swing at him at halftime and players refusing drills after numerous requests. Slick Rick is a great recruiter of skilled guys but a poor leader and his teams show it.

I think that it was disrespectful and down right rude for these kids to do this tradition or not. They are getting their education paid for they need to be dedicated or do they want to never win the pac 10 again.
