I hope that we put the same intensity in every game we play as we did on monday night. It was such a great atmosphere & that comes to show that Bruin fans are really loyal to their team because everyone in the country said we were going to get a beat down & the loyal fans never stopped believing in our team & were there to support our bruins.Keep fighting bruins we believe!

It was an awesome game to be at. Good coaches know how to win games like this. I thought Walker should have been made head coach. I may have been wrong.

I have acknowledged that the win was great. It's great for UCLA football and the Pac 10 as a whole. I just wouldn't be acting like you have never won any other significant games before. Back in the day when UCLA was winning big bowl games, they would not have made this big of deal out of beating a good team. It will be very interesting to see how the bruins end up this season. They will most likely win more games than I originally projected but the schedule is very tough and I would doubt they reach a bowl game this year.

Shinjo, Shinjo, Shinjo ... now you're saying that UCLA won't reach a Bowl Game? so this means then that they will win no more than 5 games, right?

I have always stated they will not go to a bowl game, do you honestly believe they will?

I have already posted my prediction about 3 weeks ago, they're going 8-4 or better. All the people forming opinions about UCLA's team are doing so by what they hear, I've been to their practices and they are far better than last years team that went 6-6 and considering the Pac-10 is weaker this year 8-4 is more than realistic. I like Ben Olson, but as much as I hate to say it, his injury could not have come at a better time. With him at QB there's no way the Bruins beat Tennessee, in the first 4 games they'd be 1-3 and if he gets injured in the middle of the season they probably would not have won more then 2 games with Craft or another QB. Olsen's injure came at a perfect - time before the season.

Rob, I can't hate on you for having faith in your team. I would be very surprised if they went .500 but I am also the guy who said they would get destroyed by Tennessee. I watch a lot of college football and read a lot about recruiting so I tend to think I have a descent grasp of overall picture. This is how I see it the rest of the way:

BYU - Loss
Arizona - Close but loss
Frenso State - Close but loss
WSU - Big Win
Oregon - Loss
Stanford - Win
Cal - Loss
OSU - Choose (Im giving OSU the win though)
Washington - Loss
ASU - Loss
USC - Loss

Please post your predictions and we can compare as the season goes on.

USC- UCLA loses by exactly 21 points so that Rick can cover the spread in his office pool, the NCAA investigates, Rick is fired and then sues his alma mater for $5 million and wins, causing the school to discontinue what is left of a shambled program and devotes all of its resources to Basketball

Hey TERRY, bruin, & Puinsai. Why resort to stupid A** racial comments instead of just dealing with what Shinjo has to say? TERRY knows about wasabi so he's probably stumbled into a sushi bar or two acting like a culturally enlightened individual instead of the closet racist he appears to be. Puinsai, are you really from Hawaii with an ignorant attitude like that "brudda"? bruin, you just jump on the bandwagon don't you? By resorting to making such boneheaded remarks, you insult all the Japanese UCLA fans as well. Maybe all of you are too stupid to care who you offend. Just make sure you carry the same attitude onto the street instead of putting on your smiley faces in public trying to pose as unbiased, tolerant people. Losers.
