Roger Goodell should have notified teams about a method of preventing "Boxing type" concussions proven to drastically reduce concussion with the N.E. Patriots last year. Bulger has a history of concussion, it's proven in NFL record books, that players with prior concussion have been relieved of the symptoms of dizziness, the sensation of seeing stars, headache and concussion. NFL statistics bear out the fact that players who have had a diagnosable, correctable jaw cartilage condition corrected through an orthodically positioning retainer like mouth guard. Yet the NFL has failed to notify players and franchises of its affectedness. The Patriots have had one concussion this season, others like the Colts have had over eight documented. www.mahercor.com
