The good news is we're another year closer to the Lions changing hands. Old man Clay can't sell the team because of tax considerations on the appreciation. When the team goes to junior it will be at the stepped-up value and no tax will be due on the appreciation. Then we have to hope he sells because he is too busy with other things or something. Just figure 8:8 by 2020.
