Orton is a far better QB then people give him credit to be, and the Broncos have one of the better defensive coordinators in the NFL.

These two men can significantly help make the Broncos into a winning football team if McDaniels does not destroy the team's chemistry.

Maybe the swine flu can put McDaniels out of coaching for eleven months.

like the article said they have like 3 backup RB's now have roughly 3 backup QB's.

I will be shocked if Denver averages anything more then 10-13 points per game this year.

Letting Cutler slip away (a blue-chip franchise QB) and in turn having the likes of Orton,Simms as replacements is going to be the laughing stock of the 2009-10 season.

I liked Orton, but I have to agree with ya, Dimz!

Are you comfortable with Cutler's backups? I'm a bit skeptical...they keep adding guys without a ton of experience.

What the hell, maybe they should re-sign Grossman for minimum wage??(ha ha ha, let's see how the forum lights up to THAT suggestion!!)

Fuggit, GO BEARS! And GO BULLS, they are giving me heartburn right now (4th period)

Yeah, I'm not to happy with our backup QB situation, I think Caleb can maybe spell Cutler for a game...but if its multiple games thats a big ouch....Grossman wont happen, but under normal circumstances it would'nt be a totally bad idea since he knows the system. But of course that would create a PR nightmare! I suppose the positive is its caleb's second year in the system.

As a side note i'm surprised Grossmans not signed yet, i figured Vikings,49'ers or Tampa would of inked him and rolled the dice--i guess no team wants to face the media/fanbase bashing.

As far as the Bulls, they performed well beyond my expectations, a game 7 on bostons turf was just a bit to much i guess. Go HAWKS!!

Very insightful fact filled post!
Oh and i especially love the name!

Yes i was wrong. So let me correct myself!

Denver now has 2 franchise blue chip QB's in Orton and Simms they are both so good that should split halfs througout the season!

And there RB's well...gee they have the best in the NFL it will be a super hard choice on who gets the most touches!

Good thing they fired Shanahan too, that bum really has no idea on how to run the Broncos system and i'm sure McDaniels will do a far far better job!

Did I mention how awesome there defense is? No need its obvious that stellar defense will hold opponnents to under 3 points a game at least. Right?

Oh and of course they spent millions on there great offense, Correll Buckhalter, Gaffney are all excellent playmakers and i'll make sure to add them to my Fantasy league as well, because hell, that offense i'm sure will average 40+ points a game.

Did I miss anything?

i dont think you missed anything and i feel that the raiders did a better job with thier sorry draft than denver did in free agency and with thier own draft the west will be won by san deigo one more time followed by k.c. and then the radiers and the broncos will be a distant last
