By who? The players are completely on the side that non-forfeiture bonus money IS non-forfeiture bonus money. That clause will not go anywhere.

I agree with you Ralexa.

Vick was part of the reason that the NFL owners decided to opt of of the collective bargaining agreement. These means that the NFL and the players could face a work stoppage as soon as the year 2011 and nobody is going to be happy if there is a strike or a lockout.

Yep, even more of a reason to hate Vick by the players, I agree. More joy, courtesy of Michael Vick and his demented ignorant sadistic self.

He has done MORE to bring down the NFL than any ONE player has ever done before him. His momma must be proud!!! LOL

If fauman read the article she would have seen that bonus money is a point of contention. Yeah, I'm sure the players don't want it changed, but good ole mikey IS the reason the owners want to change it. They don't want to loose money to players that can't keep their behinds out of jail so that clause may very well go out the window.

If you understood WHAT you read, you would know being a point of contention does not equate to being changed. Perhaps you missed Gene Upshaw's response...or maybe you just don't understand Judge David Doty's ruling...or both.

In fact. Mikey's bad name is being cited over and over again as the reason. It's being said that his bonus "forced the issue."

I was responding to what this particular article was saying. I read exactly what you read and never stated that it was being changed, only that they were considering changes. I can't for the life of me figure out how famaun responds to things that weren't said. She just pulls stuff out of the air hoping she sounds like she knows what she's talking about. It was pretty simple to me, mikey=loss of bonus money=change in policy=player resentment. Simple.

COULD'NT be clearer! Goodell even spelled it out, for the less intelligent.

She's been wrong on every, single, one of her calls, anyway. Remember when she said that Blank was secretly angling to get Vick back? Then, it was the Cowboys?

Looks like it was unanimous-- Vick, and his ilk, are lot more trouble than they're worth.

How do these guys manage to find the time to get into troubl, anyway? There's practice, film study, playbook study, physical conditioning... Pro football is MORE than a full time job.

Only for the "pros". The thuggish, lowlife, idiots that were dragged through college so they could play don't study anything. They just kept on keeping on.
