Eagles Wanted Aikman To Sub For McNabb
Can you accept an alternate reality where Troy Aikman led the Philadelphia Eagles to a Super Bowl win over the Raiders in 2003? It may have happened.

This is my favorite part:
"The reason I didn't go and play for Philadelphia is because I knew that it was just going to be for a few games to end the season. There was no future in it. McNabb was their guy. He was going to come back and play."
In that interview, Aikman dropped one tidbit that will warm the heart of any Eagles' fan: He didn't feel any loyalty to the Cowboys.
"I didn't weigh my decision on,'Well, I wonder how the people in Dallas are going to feel.'"
