Yes indeed, the players share responsibility BUT...Herm has done nothing to coach a full 60 minute game. Basically, if you put soldiers in the field with a less than adequate general then all your soldiers get killed...even if they do share the blame!!!

The Chiefs should seek out Marty S. for the G.M. position and get "king Carl" outta there. Marty would make a great G.M.!! That man can build teams and there are still a lot of fond memories of MartyBall...and as the manager, he wouldn't be calling plays from the sidelines as soon as the playoffs come around!!!

As much as I would like to see Martyball back at Arrowhead, he doesn't have the skills necessary to be a GM whose duties go beyond just selecting players. I would love to see CP run out of town just to get rid of his mediocrity. That said, it'll take a failed season next year with Herm at the wheel before any change of that nature is made. Personnally, I think Cower won't be on the sidelines next year. Any decision for him to return to the sidelines will be driven by where his daughters go to college. Mike Singletary is worth a look somewhere down the road and I think SOMEBODY (*looking at Carl Peterson*) should give Brian Billick a look at Offensive Coordinator after he gets fired from Balitmore. Moreover, Brodie needs a solid QB Coach to help mentor him to the next level.
