20 !, 20 damn players are injured!(lol), wow, i don't think i've ever heard of so many injuries for one team. RAIDERS play the cowboys this week and a shhh-load of starters are injured. and it's not so much that they are starters but it's so more for the fact that i doubt the whole starting team has practiced together. some starters haven't even practiced at all to top it off. yeah, it's only the first preseason and we take the preseasons like a practice game of no importance, but that alone already sets the plans back for the regular season. and, to top it off,,(lol), there will be even more injuries after the first preseason game. the advantage the cowboys have is that they already got their feet wet. so, now you can imagine how RAIDERS will show up with all number two's and number three's to the first pre-season at oakland. go ahead and say it, it's just a preseason game. huhh, it would be just a preseason game if most everyone was healthy!

One of two things are happening here. Either the coaches are pushing them too hard and need to lighten practice to minimize forced injuries or our trainers suck. They are getting them ready for the season properly. I suppose it is also possible they are being extremely cautious with injuries and making people sit, when they normally wouldn't. Whatever the case, it needs to be fixed quickly.

i gotta say, wherever the RAIDERS train in oakland, they have been having troubles with their turf for a few years back now. i just haven't heard of that many injuries on one team. you hear the average high of 13 to 17 injuries. i know a lot of the times we wanna blame the coaching staff but you know they have some of the best conditioning trainers around. so this kind of leads me to believe we have injury prone players or their own lazy asses aren't stretching out correctly. OR maybe it could be a combination of everything?! all i know is that we probably ain't gonna have a great pre-season game. hayden went out yesterday with a small hami. now, tell me he's been stretching correctly? you know he didn't with that red shirt on and caution of his abdominal lining.

ALSO, players don't train like in the past. today's training camp has been reduced to less training time due to players complaining of being worked too hard. right? i mean, they've had what 10 training days so far and it's already preseason week? they have to push these guys to be starter ready in roughly 15 days! but yet again, it falls on the part of the players complaining about being over trained. years back you used to hear about only 7-10 injuries at it's high. but 20?
