Giants tackle Kareem McKenzie will play against the Ravens on Sunday despite his Thursday night arrest for suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Talk about overreaction - Jaysus. Two paychecks and substance abuse program? Have one or two beers and you're "over the limit." He's an "abuser"? What a joke.

If seemingly everybody is guilty of "drunk" driving (they're really not) then maybe it's not a crime at all. Just a overreaction to some bored housewives' need to feel important and relevant. And that D-ba DA in Nassau posting pictures of people who DD? Talk about illegal. A scarlet letter. What's next? Gonna put them in stocks in the town square, because what he's doing is the 21C equivilent.

I know - some victim's family is going to blast me, that I was probably arrested for DWI (luckily, I never have been), blah blah blah. Go screw.

This is unfortunate. Kareem sounds like a standup guy, and I'm pulling for him that this will be a minor footnote in not only a solid NFL career, but in his life, period. My prayers are with him. We all make mistakes, luckily no one was hurt here, and he'll be more cautious in the future.
