Prosecutor: JetsA' Rhodes not being investigated for rape

Kerry Rhodes is not the subject of an investigation of an alleged rape incident at his New Jersey home, according to Morris County's prosecutor.

I believe we need to let investigators do their job and let the facts come out before coming to conclusions with regard to Kerry Rhodes so I will not offer any conclusions here. I do however have questions that I hope will be answered at some point. Why were these people at Rhodes’ home anyway? If there is merit to the allegation against the “other guy,� whoever he is, then where was Rhodes when all this was happening? For anyone who thinks, c’mon man, he and a buddy took a woman home after a club… Doesn’t mean they were up to no good or doing anything other men don’t do every weekend also. That is a fair point and I would agree - it doesn’t mean anything that these guys did this or as it has been reported,“… neighbor often sees young ladies coming and going…� BUT, Rhodes isn’t a regular guy. Rhodes isn’t the no name at a club on a Saturday night - he is THE name at ANY CLUB he goes to. Ask Alex Rodriguez, Kobe Bryant and the list goes on about what happens when you leave a club with someone you don’t know. I am not calling Kerry Rhodes a criminal at all. I don’t even know what happened. But Kerry Rhodes said he was not the subject of the investigation. He didn’t say he wasn’t there and he didn’t say that these people weren’t at his house.

I am a Kerry Rhodes fan. I hope the facts will clear him not only from criminal liability, but also from stupidity.
