I hope he can make his comeback this year... just taking the field and playing for 1 snap would be a huge victory for him!

Hopefully we can get KU and EJ back and healthy this year.

ok, I'll be here waiting on the tip of my toes to have a mediocre defensive end back on the team. I seriously could not care less if he returns. He was crap before, He would be absolutely horrendous After missing a year. It isn't that inspirational when a crappy player comes back from cancer to ply some more crappy football. If he wants to come back, release him and let him sign with another team, even though i find it hard to imagine that anybody would want him..

how would KU being back help at ALL? Having cancer does not take a way from the fact he sucks. He was the 1st round pick who was outplayed by lance johnstone! Kenechi should not be guarenteed any roster spot. He needs to earn it, because so far in his career, he hasn't

Played in 16 games and didn't even record a sack, not good for a defensive end. At this time last year Vikings fans were screaming for a DE in the draft so they brought in Jared Allen sent Erasmus James packing and with the improvement of Robison, Edwards and Mitchell there might not be room for him on the defense, maybe special teams?

Seriously, what is wrong with you? Show some compassion - this guy is young and has had to go through things that nobody should ever have to go through.

Udeze would be a tremendous example of inspiration for the team, if he could come back. The odds are steeply against him being back in playing trim; little short of a miracle. Good luck to him, but more importantly, good health to him.

hopefully he can get rid of the cancer and make a strong comeback. him beating this thing is enough for me, but for him to make a big comeback in the nfl and have a great career is just icing on the cake.

As a person I wish him all the luck in the world. I lost a great friend to Leukemia and it is a very hard thing to fight. As a player I wonder if he will ever be able to get back into football shape after something like this. Forget about injuries like Tom Bradys Knee, I will be flat out astonished if this man can become an impact football player after such stress on his body and mind. Keep up the good fight, we are all praying for you.

For all you Viking fans that took time to comment that Keneche is not a good player ..........you need help.

This article was about Cancer........ and inspiring himself to continue to heal. for you to take time to say anything negative means you have the heart the size of Childress's hair on his head, or very small. get a life, a girlfriend, heck, find A friend.

Go Vikes.........

does anyone know who will be next years Special teams coach?

Why would I need to go down and practice? It is not my profession. Football is KU's profession, and if you stink at your job you should not have one, cancer or not.

why is it that because he is coming back from cancer means he is a passable defensive end? HE ISN'T. He says he will be even better, but that is not hard at all to do.

HA! So I took about 2 minutes out of my day to post something you find unfavorable, and that means I have no life or friend or girlfriend? Well I don't anything patrick reuss writes, does that mean he has no life, friends, girlfriend?

your logic is worse than people thinking LU being back would help the least bit

anyone who has a shot to play in the nfl is going to take and maybe he will succeed and maybe not. if he dont then im sure he will probably go on to do whatever profession it was that he went to college for.

You'll be in a better position to get on well with someone who has power or authority over you. This might be your boss, some other authority figure, a friend you really respect or an older relative. Maybe you should chat up your superiors at the office Christmas party... or make more of an effort to understand what makes a certain person tick.
