I believe that the statement was "Improve" the squad from within. This can happen through stength conditioning, sharpening of drills and techniques, building tighter units within the ranks. etc.....

Tony is the man. he needs to be mayor. then again, he has spine, integrity, morals, and leadership skills. never mind, he's too straight to be an indy mayor.

You folks up north got big problems ahead. You should be happy you play in the worst division in football. The Vikings, the Lions, the Pack, what a joke. The Colts could win that division with our 2nd team players. Tank may miss the whole season and oh yeah that Grossman kid is still your QB. Unproven RB.....stud linebacker who thinks your cheap.

You will win that division, but that is about all you are going to win.

The Colts will be fine. We have so much depth on the defense, that someone will step up and fill the shoes of the spots we lost. I mean all we lost was a starting LB and a starting CB. Like we havent replaced those in the past? And that seemed to work out well didnt it? Time for Keiaho and Jennings and Hayden to step up.

Da Bears will be one of the classic superbowl teams who don't make it to the playoffs the next year after choking in the big game.
They will have to win their weak division and that won't happen this year as the pack or viks will eek out a 9-7 win.

Hmmmm. I wonder how he would be as an NBA head coach with a team very close to the Dome?

If Simon can come back that would be huge.(No jokes please)
Seriously though, how that situation works out could have a significant impact on the team. Booger and Simon would give the Colts two outstanding tackles. It would be nice if the whole Simon situation was a little clearer.

You're right about that. Its ashame too, because the Colts finally broke down and signed a free agent, and look what happens.

if he was the pacers coach im sure all of the thugs would be traded or he would kick their nutz right out of their scrotums and make men out of them. once he whipped em in shape personally then he would take care of their game. in a few years they would be a world champion team. The Privacy Act is a good thing. I hope Simon can get healthy and can work out issues with the Colts. It is intriguing to have Booger and Corey side by side up front!

Here's the deal with Simon. He sat around watching too much TV and turned into a huge - and I do mean HUGE - couch potato. And now he doesn't - and can't - play football anymore because he's so out of shape. He's a little over 400 pounds now. I guess I'd be arthritic too if my bones had to carry that much fat around. Such a typical free agent signee... they get that bonus money from whichever team signs them - in this case the Colts - and then they don't want to work for that money. Wow, Simon reminds me of a lot of folks in my hometown that sit on their couches each week waiting for the government checks to arrive.
