He's hanging out there like one of Brett Favre 's passes during the final month of last season, just begging to be picked off, and for one of the few times in their existence, the Jets ought to stick it to the ... Read more

Do any of you Cutler pundits realize that Cutler has had one winning season since HS? In three NFL seasons he has yet to have a winning season. At Vandy he had one winning season and single handed gave the bowl game away.

Then factor in his Diabetes. Without a QB to return to Denver it will probably take giving them a #1 and #3 this year and a #2 next to get Cutler. A steep price for a QB who will not have a long career do to his health. Diabetics usually develop vision problems. Do you really want a QB already known as erratic throwing the ball with depth perseption and accuity issues? I don't.

I'm also not ready to give up on Clemons. Unlike Cutler, Clemons was actually a success in college. If you say he had his chance and blew it, let me remind you he had no line and both starting WRs were injured. If not for the Justin McCarins drop he would have led a huge comeback against that vaunted Raven D. We'll never know what we have until we give Clemons and Ratliff a legit chance.

Couldn't agree more! He is a country hick who wouldn't last here. Besides, every idiot on this board thinks he is the second coming of Johnny Unitas. These so called "fans" need to get a grip!

The Jets will still be in the AFC East basement next year, with or without Jay Cutler Ridge.

Well if you aren't the whiniest little you know what, I don't know who is. You call yourself a professional? You sound like a Jet fan, not a columnist or reporter.

Only problem is what do the Jets offer the Bronco's? I don't think draft picks alone is gonna do it. Denver is gonna have to get some kind of QB in the deal to save face and the Jets don't have one to offer.

what the jets need to do is move to another part of the country. the gmen rule this part of the universe and the bills are an up & coming team. the jets are just the redheaded stepchild in this family...

As a Jets fan in Denver(grew up in Long Island), I'd say defintiely get Cutler...my problem with Cutler is that he is still yet to grow. I've watched the Donkos games here and he yaps and complains a lot.

The only thing I'll miss if Cutler goes to the Jets is the Rivers vs. Cutler rivalry that I get to see 2x a season.
