Now, watch these Eagles play football, and beat the Cowboys. It was almost as if they didn't put everything into it the first time around. Does the NFL feel obligated to Cowboys owner Jerry Jones anything? Why didn't the Eagles go all-out to beat the Cowboys last week? It looked as if they laid back on purpose and let Dallas whoop up on 'em. Anyone agree? I think it was far too obvious, but maybe not.

WHY would the Eagles have laid back, weren't they fighting for 1st place?

The Eagles didn't lay back. They were soundly beat by a team that is better than them on both sides of the line. Dallas has a better O-line than the Eagles D-line and Dallas has too much speed on their D-line for the Eagles revamped, make shift, O-line. Dallas has big strong receivers that give the Eagles smaller secondary trouble and they can't cover Witten. Finally, Tony Romo isn't the same QB he was in past years, he learned to protect the ball and isn't making big mistakes.
As for the Eagles, Desean Jackson is fast, but so is the Dallas secondary, and that's why he's not getting as open as he does normally. The Eagles have small receivers so there's not really a matchup problem for Dallas. Finally, McNabb will see a lot of pressure without the need for a blitz.
Dallas will win again, by 10 or more.

I sense the Cowboys are on a roll that will not stop until the reach the Super Bowl on February 7th, and perhaps not even then.

Not only 1st place but if the Eagles had won, then the Cowboys would have to play them in Philly when the time came.

I agree with everything you said. The Eagles didn't lay back. Their a good team but the Cowboys just had it all together and I think they'll do it again today. I think the key is going to be this match up with Romo and Miles Austin. Go Cowboys!

Doesnt matter what, the road to the super bowl goes thru the mighty vikes. and the vikes will be in the super bowl.

The team that lost 3 of their last 5? Farve's interception rate went way up while Peterson's yards per carry plummeted. The mighty Vikings that lost to the Bears, Jags, and Cards over the last 5 weeks? Not so sure anyone is sweating the Vikes.

The vikes are best team from nfc in playoffs. Better sweat the vikes or find yourself going home. The vikes will be in super bowl.

I agree....if I had to put all my money on one NFC team it would be the Vikings...Vikings/Chargers Superbowl.

Did you watch the last game, or should I say slaughter, of the season for the Vikings? Favre has been here before and is playing with the best team hes ever been associated with. Hell have the whole team fired up and nobody will hold a candle to them. Just my opinion.

Yea you should...because you failed to mention Cincinnati and Green Bay got beat twice. But all that doesnt matter. What happened during the season doesnt matter once you get to the playoffs.
