Manhandle the Raiders??? We beat them 31-10 in Preseason last year. Neither team played well. The difference is they had a tune up game where there 1st,2nd and 3rd string players already played together. We did not. It was the first time our new look offense played in a game together. It will take some time for them to gel. I also know you can't put too much stock into a pre-season game. Especially when it was our 3rd stringers doing the scoring. I am looking forward to this year, we have some talent let's just give them some time.

<quoted text>What`s wrong little "boy"? Does it bother you that much that your team still struggles in the red zone , or that the over hyped , overpaid , pretenders to the past , will choke at every opportunity.
The big scare is , they didn`t manhandle the Raiders they did last season , and they never will again . Start crying in your beer, fare weather fans ,the real "America`s Team" is climbing back to the top .

I was referring to the regular season game last year . No you can`t put much stock in the preseason , But you`ve missed the point entirely .

I would be worried as a Raiders fan as our offense was lousy last night, that said I am not too worried as it was the first time this collection of players has played together against another team. I know it will take some time to gel. The good news is we have some depth. Bad news is our startes need to gel and quickly.
Agreed. The offense did not look that different or more productive than last season. If it does not improve in the preseason, hopefully, the coaches will let some of the back-ups on offense have the chance to win the starting job.

It was funny watching Jerry Jones jumping up and down - boiling mad and having a sh-it fit after the game in the locker room.
I had to go hide in the trainer's room so he didn't hear me laughing at him.

Oh I'm so scared! The RRRAAAIIIDDDEEERRRSSS beat us in a preseason game! I can see why the Radier Nation is jumping for joy this morning! They suck so bad they'll cheer any win, even a meaningless game! JaMarcus Campbell was very impressive last night! I was equally impressed with how the RRRAAAIIIDDDEEERRRSSS managed to drive the ball and score against third and fourth stringers! Maybe I ought to change my fantasy football picks now and select more RRRAAAIIIDDDEEERRRSSS on my team!
I wonder if Senile Al watched all of the game, or was he slumped over asleep drooling from the mouth and nose?

Dallas sucks, face it. I don't care if it's pre-season or not, how are you going to let the other team score 17 points in the final 5 minutes of the game in front of your home fans? Don't even get me started on your red zone offense, or lack thereof. You couldn't penetrate the end zone if the defense were a wet paper bag.

As far as the Raiders, the defense did a good job. I love how Tony Homo was sacked three times. As for our offense, the QB and the receivers just need a few games to build some chemistry and they'll be fine.

Thoroughly agree. J.C. will be a fresh burst for Oakland. Plus, Kyle Boller as a back-up to him, just in case...I'm sorry, but I'd rather have this former 1st round draft pick, then the Brett Favre wannabe that Dallas has.
Dallas is going to have a hard time overcoming their injury plagued team. Too many injuries for them. Yeah, their offense might put up some numbers, but when you can't stop anybody from scoring, it's going to be tough.
I don't agree with Pigskin fans claiming they'll upset Dallas in week 1 though. Dallas will have a rocky start though. Oakland may only go 8-8, but that's improvement, whereas Dallas is dropping their stock, rapidly.
I'm from Texas, and rep Texas teams like no other. But with the bandwagon fans that Dallas pulls, I can not find myself jumping on that. Never have, never will.

Dallas fans sound soo stupid saying they beat the Saints 24-17 in the regular season. Then when the postseason rolled around Saints beat the team that destroyed Dallas by 31 points. Biggest margin of loss in the playoffs by any team ( 31 points on Dallas ), lowest points scored in the playoffs by any team ( 3 points by Dallas ). That's the biggest margin of victory the Vikes beat any team by last season and they played Cleveland, Detroit twice, Seattle , and San Franciso. Um jus sayin !!!
