Good call Steve. Clearly the refs were the 12th man for the Steelers.

This game truly makes me embarrased to say i am a high school football official, once again the worst officiating in the world decided a champioship game. There were several blown calls, but the two worst were the so called touchdown by the stealers and the non review fo the incomplete pass by Kurt Warner at the end of the game. How can you be surprised when the calls always, and i do mean always, go the rooney way. It is just sad that this is supposed to be the best officiating crew in the NFL. The refs gave the stealers their last super bowl and made sure they would win this time, look at the difference in the amount of penalties for each team and again the blown calls at the end that made sure the stealers would win.

If Arizona would have won, how many Super Bowl sweatshirts and hoodies would be bought on QVC, HSN, etc.
Pittsburgh fans will buy any piece of crap with the Steelers logo on it.
Steelers had to win to support the NFL ... end of story.

The stealers did not win, they were handed the trophy before the game. Rooney will always get the calls, no matter how Obviously bad they are. People in pittsburgh are to drunk to know the rules anyway, i know i am from 20 miles north of the city.

The kid did not do anything, his right foot never touched the ground, but to lohio and pa people that don't matter. That is why they are called the stealers, they do nothing legit.

I thought New England fans were bad. Now they've been replaced by the Steeler fans. And to think I use to like the Steelers.

You are as blind, deaf and dumb as the officials at the game, but being from lohio thats makes sense. His right foot never touch the ground, even one of the three blind mice would see that. The official who blew the call was out of position, he should have been in the back corner of the end zone. And how do i know this you ask, why i am a high school football official thats why. But hey, people from lohio need something to cling to even though it was something that never happened.

Agree with you steve, i am from outside pittsburgh and stealer fans are the dumbest drunks on the planet. Hey, they are even telling kids it is ok to come to school late since the game was over so late. This is true check out the pittsburgh post-gazette website.

The calls will always go the stealers way, thanks to the all powerful wizard of oz, dan rooney. The ybeat seatle 3 years ago with some of the same horrible officiating, makes you wonder huh.

SOUR GRAPES- ARM CHAIR QUARTERBACKS !!

You guys need to get your beer bellies off the couch and forget those days of being on the High School Football team. You have a hard enough time mowing the lawn without getting short winded.
Pop open another beer and live your life vicariously through these guys, its as close as you are ever gonna get !!
GO Steelers !!!

Hey roger dodger, i am a high school football official so i do not fit the criteria you listed but everyone in pittsburgh does. They are illiterate drunks who do nothing but watch sports drink beer live their lives through their high school sports teams. Thanks for pointing out what lowlifes stealer fans are.

this was a better game than i thought--i expected arizona to be blown out and it turned out like the experts picked it come down to a last possession game for arizona--the fact is if warner does not throw the interception at the end of the half that was run back for a touchdown then arizona wins the game plain and simple--that was the one mistake and 7 points was the difference here--they should have tossed the steeler who took the cheap shot against the arizona holder--but i would have penalized the steelers before post possession and that would have given arizona a 1st down 15 yards deeper in steeler territory and that could have been the game--arizona had some chances but the warner INT was the clincher i thought--the refs didn't blow the calls that is stupid--those were the right calls -- arizona is lucky for a franchise to have never been this far ever is just amazing--can they build on it? I say no--i think this was a one shot deal for them this year--the top teams in the NFC had off years--Dallas, Giants, Tampa, New Orleans, Green Bay, etc--there 6 or 8 teams better than Arizona--so this was there chance and they came up short--a better game than i thought--the commercials were aweful, well except for Conan that was funny -- The Boss he looks old and worn out--maybe we need a hottie next year--like shania twain or something--curious on the ratings--
