You have to wonder if Tannenbaum favors Schottenheimer just so Tannenbaum can preserve his turf and keep the status quo. Let's face it, Tannenbaum is really a cap guy and Schottenheimer has hardly disguinshed himself. The Jets need a new face to come in. There were too many games where they were outcoached.

Coordinators should not be allowed to look for other jobs when their current team is in the playoffs. What you get is a team that looks unprepared as the Giants did on Sunday. Bye Spags, so long Gilbride, good riddance.
