Good luck against the Buckeyes, you are going to get creamed if you don't step up, which you won't, because you NEVER do in the big games. ND was within a touchdown with a few minutes to go. We are getting better game by game, and believe me, those ND players will remember the "0-5" chants at the end of the game! Next year when you lose all your seniors and the Irish are a year older and better, we will paste your sorry butts! Oh, and by the way, ND has the TOP ranked recruiting class in the nation for next year, combined with two top 10 classes that are freshman and sophs now. We suck because we are so young and playing tough opponents...Just wait! But you do suck, we won and you are 0-5. The Buckeye's may kick Purdue's butt, but they would still be 5-1 and the best ND can be is 1-5 next week. Young or not, enjoy your whoopings and getting your butt kicked. I think I like seeing Purdue beat ND more than watching them beat IU. Oh no, sombebody stole me lucky charms.

Is this a Catholic argument, or a football conversation? Take it easy buddy. Notre Dame used to have a good football team. They have a large following. It's neat to see Goliath go down, even if Goliath is just a myth. Notre Dame is a bad football team, and to bring money into the conversation is merely reaching.

Neither Catholic nor football but just a fact. Notre Dame gets a "pass" in a lot of ways due to its national following. We aren't Goliath by a long shot. Just a unique program having a very rough year.

I don't believe they have been a force for many years, but that is fine. I do understand that Army will never compromise it's values. The major difference here is the fact that Army's fans have long since abandoned their arrogance of past domination. Let's set aside the fact that Army represents the USA, and ND attempts to represent Irish Catholics.

Notre Dame - 11 Purdue - zero
That is all. Back to your regularly scheduled mediocre football program.
