"Throw the towel" enough is enough. Get rid of Josh, get rid of Duante, get rid of the recievers, start the season over, get rid of kiffin. Bring in junior tackle football coaches and drop the staduim tickets to $10 per seat. Drop the players salaries to $100k each. Are you kidding me??? We can't score. This is on Kiffin and Al. You have to have a team who can move the ball. You have to have a QB who can not only throw the ball but know when to throw it. An O-line who can give some type of protection. These guys are paid millions of Dollars to do their job. It is the coaches job to pick the right guys, train them and gain their buy in for the team success. Kiffin can't say I thought we would be further along. He needs to do it!! Josh Mckowan is not a winner or leader I don't care what O-line you put in front of him, it won't help. Not everybody who has the skills can have the instincts to be a success. Start JaMarcus he is a winner. He will handle himself well enough and you may find that the O-line plays better because JaMarcus will demand it of them....Raider since 65

The only receivers I'd keep are Ronald Curry, Johnnie Lee Higgins and maybe Tim Dwight...
I think the offensive line has improved a lot when it comes to pass protection, but we still need to do better on run blocking and eliminate the false starts. I'm still in favor of replacing Barry Sims with Jake Long out of Michigan because Long is a leader and that is what the Raiders need up front. Jamarcus is a leader and that is why he needs to be in at QB.

Al Davis is known for firing a head coach after 1 losing season. He did it to Joe Bugle, he did it to Bill Callahan despite making the superbowl his first year as HC, I'm surprised he kept Norv Turner around for 2 losing seasons, and then most recently Art Shell.

I give Lane Kiffin another year, but sign the draft picks before camp. Russell would probably have been the starter all year if he was in camp. I don't see much of a difference in Michael Huff from Derrick Gibson. If we draft another DB it needs to be an explosive one that makes big plays, not just a hard hitter.

I really think we need to shop some guys around like Jerry Porter and Warren Sapp for first round draft picks. That way we have a chance at both Jake Long and a good wide out.

Bill Callaghan sucked!!!! Who keeps the coach your facing in the superbowl's playbook, so the other team knows every play your going to run before its run!
