We too have lost a child, an infant son. I've noticed lots of replies from people who have lost children. Do you know about MEND? Check out their website: www.mend.org (Mommies Enduring Neonatal Death) It has helped me a lot in grieving the loss of our son.

Dang. That is sad. I can't believe the guy still played. But I guess it's better than sitting around the house thinking about it.

I could not even imagine what Matt and his wife our going through. My prayers and thoughts go out to this father and mother. I do know this that their little one is playing with angels in heaven and kicking 70 yard field goals for Jesus.

I hope that poor infant was not vaccinated. SIDS is preventable by not vaccinating.

I hope that poor baby was not vaccinated. SIDS is easily preventable when you don't vaccinate.

the NFL understands a persons need to grieve just fine....Matt insisted on playing yesterday....he was told "no one would be upset with you if you (sat this one out)" that man has a lot of heart, and it showed on the field yesterday..... and i tell you...i don't care how big of a man you are....if your eye's didn't well up just a little every time he kicked....then you have no heart yourself. that man showed a lot of courage, and heart to be out there on that field, when he buried his son, just the day before. of course no one expected him to be there Sunday, but it said a lot (at least to me) about that man's character, heart, and personal strength.
seems to me a lot of people across this great land could learn a thing or two from Matt Bryant... my heart goes out to you Matt.... and to your family

Could it be vaccine injury? 3 months is when most infants get many shots at once, and some kids' systems can't handle them. Jenny McCarthy's son almost died after suffering an inflammatory response to a multiple dose of vaccines. Look at similar reports to the Vaccine Adverse Events Reporting System (VAERS) and to the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program (NVICP).

I've never lost any children, and this is a reminder of just how precious their little lives are. Thank you all for your comments and for a not so gentle reminder to love like there's no tomorrow, because there may not be. God Bless.
