To bed, to bed, by halftime. From the outset, the Ravens looked inept. They are a team in dissaray.

To Mr.Goddell NFL commissioner. Please do not schedule the Baltimore Ravens on national prime time. The lack of skill, preparation, and execution is an embarassment to the citizens of Baltimore and Maryland. How can some players collect their checks. went to sleep early just like the ravens.

The Ravens Needs
1. Head coach
2. New philosophy
3. Quarterback(s)
4. Cornerback(s)
5. Middle linebacker
6. Right tackle
7. Defensive end
8. Tight end(s)
9. Discipline
10. An owner willing to make the moves

This team is old, slow, arrogant, and an embarrassment to the city of Baltimore.
As is Dixon, O'Malley, all the new taxes, those nine kids that beat up that woman the other day,
the state legislature, our rivers, streams, lakes and the bay, the city police department,
every single elected official, the price of a 4oz. crab cake at Phillips, the murder rate,
the decline of tourism, BGE, Comcast, Aubrey Huff, The Mid Atlantic Orioles, and worst of all
THE PETER.

Happy Holidays Baltimore!

Well, look at this way gang, we've stunk it up so bad that we most likely won't be doing Monday Night Football and Football Night in American next year.

Al Michaels referenced Howard Cosell so many times last night, I though they were going to pull a Ouija board out and let him say a few words. I am surprised John Madden didn't work in the word "turducken" at least once.

It might have been smart to bring in Troy Smith earlier in the second half. He did a great job, but, it would have been nice to get a look at him against the varsity players.

The Ravens are getting exactly what they deserve! The NFL should NEVER schedule them on a national game ever again! What an embarrassment! The Colts should be very thankful they left in the middle of the night in 1984...they have obviously been able to move forward and not the Ravens or is it the Browns? No wait...the Cleveland Browns are no longer the "punching bags" of the AFC North...the Ravens are firmly set for a 5 year run with that job now! Fans of other teams are so tired of the "whining" and "dancing!" Why doesn't someone send a Mayflower over to Owings Mills to remove Billick's belongings?? Ravens fans should "blow kisses" to him as he heads down 95! Good night!

i love this, a bunch of people who have no ideal what they are talking about. this was a ugly lost yes. but c-mac and rolle was not playing. if they was the score would not have been that bad.
boller has not learn nothing. he is not the guy you just cant keep doing what he does. and billick ill agree he must go just watching him last night he did not look like a leader of a football team. i think that is clear. Troy Smith it was good to see him in the game and get his feet under him. he made some good throws and good reads and was able to make plays. i thought he should have been in there along time ago. i agree with madden let smith go the rest of the year. let him get some games under his belt. he is a winner. but you people have to understand with out rolle and c-mac in there the ravens are going to get blown out of games like this alot with good teams.

Yea baby....

the nfl wants the colts to play the pats so the officials stole the game.

Makes as much sense this week as last week.

Dude, you write like an idiot. Go back to school and this time pay attention in English class.
You should be embarrassed to write the way you write.

Way to go Troy Smith! At least 1/3 of the fans that stayed got to him taking his first NFL snaps (plus a TD). Hey lets try to win against the Dolphins and not be the laughing stock of the NFL. No practice needed more focus on playing the whole 60 minutes

Billick said. "All we know to do is go back and work. I wish there was a better answer than that, but I don't have it."

That sums it up. clueless. High priced, and pathetic.

Randy from Baltimore (above) has the solution.

We ain't going to quit," Scott said. "You don't want to be the guy on Miami's record ...[where] the only team they beat was the Ravens."

Like I said this game is the equivalent of the Orioles 30-3 loss. They should have just played this game with 10 guys on defense and said they were honoring Taylor, then there could be an excuse for getting torched on so many pass plays.

Every team goes through this type of a season...The Raven's have been on top for the past few years and this was bound to happen as it is bound to happen to the Pats and the Colts. This is going to be a bad year, but the management is hell bent on having a winning team and will no doubt make some key changes for next years season.
Looking forward to what lays ahead.

pretty sad to have soooooooo many out-of-towners jumping on ravens faithful. I am a Ravens fan 2nd--'Skins fan first (this has been a long long year), but am disgusted to see people making comments about stealing another team from Charm City as Indy did in '84......balt didn't get to keep the logo, records, etc. that the Browns did, and have to be reminded over and over again of "team records" teh Indy version is breaking (JohnnyU made clear he wants no part of any connection to Indy team). Then in early '90's city has act together (remember "give baltimore the ball"?) and makes strong play for a team that winds up in Jax--who btw cannot sell it's games out despite downsizing stadium--so what, they gonna say "no" to another owner (ArtM) looking for a new stadium that Cleveland was slow-afoot to build? Too many folks w\too little knowledge of the history want to jump on hard working folks from MD who just want to root on their team. Indy fans especially should ask themselves if this type of behavior would be endorsed by Dungy. Ravens are a team in transition w\o an NFL QB on the roster (McNair doesn't count--1--2 years of back-up duty is all he has left in his broken body) and a head coach who.....well he needs to be replaced. But man, get some class people......enough w\the talk about stealing teams. And Pats fans are trolling on the wrong site......you played Pitt yesterday. Take your "act" to their pages....get off this one. wasn't too long ago your teams were horrible year in and year out and your time will come again as it does to all NFL teams.
Hang in there B-mo......

Billick should put aside his huge ego and put Troy Smith in. It was very evidence during the minutes he played last night that the kid has got it, confidence, a swagger, leadership and confidence. I think he Billick had put him in earlier the results would have been different.
